For peace of mind, we offer a replacement goods or refund policy valid for 30 days after dispatch. If your mosaic tile is faulty, damaged or not the correct design, return it to us and we will send you a replacement or refund.
Replacement goods or refunds cannot be provided after this time so please check the merchandise as soon as it arrives.
Return postage costs will vary depending on the amount of mosaic tiles purchased and the weight of your purchase. We recommend that you use a courier price comparison website like www.parcel2go.com and make a note of the tracking code.
Returned items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging or packaging that provides equal or greater protection against damage in transit. Please include a note or print out of your full order details.
Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and may take several days to clear in to your bank account via the Stripe checkout.
Exchanges will also be processed after the returned items are received and a new parcel tracking number will be provided. Outward postage for exchanges is free of charge.
