All our mosaic tiles are currently in stock and dispatched the same day for orders before midday or within 1 working day of payment being received.

Please note: We recommend that a smooth flexible grout is used with all our mosaic designs, rather than an abrasive cement based grout which can damage the surface of the tiles.

Orders totalling 2kg or less are sent via Yodel or Evri on a 2-3 working day service. Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD Express 24hr working day service. Bulk orders can be sent on a 24hr working day palletised service. Standard UK delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery is not available outside of the United Kingdom, to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Delivery text alerts can be sent by DPD if you provide a mobile phone number.  (This will not be used for any other purpose).

Payment can be made online with a credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay via Paypal, message us via the contact us page and we can email you a Paypal request for payment. Please contact us if you require any assistance with payment.

Return and Refund policy:
For peace of mind, we offer a replacement goods policy valid for 30 days after dispatch.
If your mosaic tile has a manufacturing fault, return it to us and we will send you a replacement or refund.
Replacement goods cannot be provided after this time so please check the merchandise as soon as it arrives.
After receiving the item, the buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days and return for refund.
